SYDNEY / SITE PLANNING
A practical brief for Sydney strata and property managers.
A strata site often brings several access arrangements and surface types into one visit. Use this checklist to help separate the testing scope from the day-to-day management of the property.
Map the shared journey
Start with street access, then list foyers, lift approaches, shared stairs and external paths. Identify which surfaces belong to common property and which require a separate authority.
Include wet-use areas
Flag pool surrounds, uncovered walkways and areas exposed to irrigation or cleaning water. Describe normal use so the proposed test method suits the surface and conditions.
Coordinate the visit
Provide building-manager details, loading or parking arrangements, lift access and quieter windows. If there are multiple buildings, label each address and the surfaces to be assessed.
What to send with your enquiry
- Property address, suburb and a contact for access.
- Surface types and an approximate number of areas to assess.
- Why you need testing, including any requested deadline.
- Relevant specifications and details of past treatments.
Coverage and scheduling
Enquire about testing in Sydney CBD & inner suburbs, North Shore & Northern Beaches, Parramatta & Western Sydney. Availability, travel and access requirements are confirmed with your quote. This website is operated by Premrest; it does not represent a separate local office.
